Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing – Hosted US-SAS Service Maintenance Notification
SAS 6.0.4 Maintenance Update:
As previously announced, Blackboard Collaborate deployed a SAS 6.0.4 maintenance release on US-SAS during the scheduled maintenance window on February 6, 2014. Blackboard Collaborate Support identified unforeseen issues with the SAS 6.0.4 release and has rolled back all changes on US-SAS to SAS 6.0.3.1.
Blackboard Collaborate is actively working on resolving and testing a fix for this issue. We will be releasing the updated SAS 6.0.4 version during the following scheduled maintenance windows.
US-SAS – Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 02:00 US Eastern (GMT -5) until Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 06:00 US Eastern (GMT-5).
