The following pitch builder seems interesting.  Please let me know what you think of it.

I liked the HBS site. It is well laid out and the steps easy to follow. There are a number of things that I liked on the site (suggested words, colour coding of the pitch at the end that matched the steps). I also liked the counter feature for the number of repeated words; it is a very useful feature and something to keep in mind during when writing a pitch. Do you think repetition works in favour or against a pitch or both?

I am not too sure. It has been suggested that key words evoke certain emotions. During any sales presentation, I suppose, repeating key word could work. My only issue with repetition is that as soon as the client or customer senses that you are giving a “canned” speech, that you are no longer being authentic, they are likely to turn away. I was in real-estate and mortgage lending sales for quite a few years and in the process made a few sales calls.
