Class Schedule Clarification

Hi there!

So here is the plan for the next couple of classes. There was some confusion about the class during which we would discuss individual proposals because this was pushed back one class (because of Module II presentation date changes), so we just wanted to make sure everyone was this – this will happen one week from today (see below). If you are still wondering about the schedule, an updated version of the schedule was posted earlier this month.

Bee and I will be bringing the rubrics for participation evaluation on Wednesday but please remember to bring your paper/presentation rubric ideas!

2  Facilitator rubric
3  Collaboratively develop final group project rubrics (paper and presentation) *

* Reminder 1: the final group project is a detailed group proposal for a product or food science strategy to address nutrient deficiency in developing countries/regions
* Reminder 2: look up rubric ideas before class!
