The objective of the study is to examine the implementation and impacts of the 2010 Winter Games Inner-city Inclusive Commitment Statement (ICS). The ICS was a set of economic, environmental, and socio-cultural promises made in 2002 by the Bid Corporation, and the governments of Vancouver, British Columbia, and Canada.
