Hi HM, you can send a plugin installation request to weblogsupport@exchange.ubc.ca for the plugins you want to install. It’d be useful to review this Wiki page http://wiki.ubc.ca/Documentation:WordPress_Plugin_Evaluation_Criteria to get an understanding of what the plugin evaluation criterias are.
