The 2011 Instructional Design Network Event will be held in the Lillooet Room, which is located on the 3rd floor of the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre. Click here for a map of the third floor.

Parking and Building Location

UBC has several parkades on campus that are available for use by the public. The North Parkade, located across from the Student Union Building, is the one closest to the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre. Parking rates are $1.50 per hour for a maximum of $12 per day. Charges after 5:00pm are a flat rate of $4.00. For more information, please visit the UBC Parking website.

Driving Directions from Tsawwassen
1. Head west on 8a Ave toward 50b St.
2. Take the 1st right onto 50b St.
3. Turn right at 12 Ave.
4. Take the 2nd left onto 52 St.
5. Turn right at BC-17 N.
6. Slight right to stay on BC-17 N.
7. Merge onto BC-99 N via the ramp to Richmond/Vancouver.
8. Take exit 41B for Marine Drive W.
9. Merge onto SW Marine Dr.
10. Continue onto Granville St.
11. Turn left at 70 Ave W.
12. Continue straight onto SW Marine Dr.
13. Slight left to stay on SW Marine Dr.
14. Turn right at E Mall S.

Traveling by Bus from Tsawwassen
To travel from Tsawwassen to UBC by bus, first take Bus 601 towards Bridgeport Station. Then, take Bus 480 towards UBC at Bridgeport Station Bay 4.
