Title: Senior Instructional Designer

On behalf of our client located in Vancouver, TRS Contract Consulting Group is currently looking for a Senior Instructional Designer for a contract opportunity with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent position. Requirements:
Ample experience in instructional design , creating and supporting various educational and training programs (min 5 year)
Sound knowledge of adult education principles, curriculum/instructional design and associated processes
Advanced skills and experience working with various types of educational technologies
Excellent communication, consultation, and presentation skills
Very strong project and task management skills
Experience designing online learning modules, assessments, and training plans
Extremely comfortable working with executive level stakeholders and subject matters experts (SMEs)
Experience working within a technology team
Experience with technology evaluation and selection process
High level of professional maturity
Represent Technology Enabled Learning (TEL) in various working groups and program meetings
Lead and coordinate needs, assessments & requirements analysis, run focus groups with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and developing functional requirements
