Carnegie Mellon University Digital Archivist

The Carnegie Mellon University Archives seeks a collaborative, creative, and service-oriented Digital Archivist to lead the development of a born-digital records program in support of the Archives’ wider collecting initiatives.

This full-time, permanent position will work closely with existing Archives faculty and staff to create policies, procedures, and workflows for processing, preserving, and managing born-digital and hybrid collections. As part of the University Archives team, they will advise departments and donors on the management of electronic records, as well as orchestrate the transfer of electronic assets to the Archives.
