What is H5P?

H5P is an open software that makes it easy for instructors to design interactive learning content. Comparing with other e-Authoring tools, H5P is free, open, and easy-to-use. However, it is not a solution to design packaged courses that meet SCORM or xAPI standards. 

What is my role?

I led the research, testing, and implementation of incorporating H5P into Moodle learning management system in collaboration with Learning Technology team at KPU. As a result, all KPU instructors now have access to a FREE e-authoring tool within KPU systems.

In addition, I built a self-paced online course called Building Interactive Learning Content in collaboration with Rajiv Jhangiani who is currently the Vice Provost for Open Education at KPU. I also delivered webinars and face-to-face workshops for instructors who are interested in learning how to design interactive content.
