Bev, your storytelling module is terrific. NICE WORK! yes, i’m shouting… sorry . I love the ease of navigation you’ve built into the site and think that, regardless of bells and whistles, it will definitely provide some quality learning. Javiers story had me in tears by the way… is he a student of yours? wow! very eloquent and excellent choice of images. small note – i notice you don’t have a link here in your blog to your story… you may want to include one.

Hi Bev,
I really enjoyed your story. It is well paced and had all the elements of a really short story. I liked the second version better. As a someone who teaches Literature I can see how I could have groups of students present their short stories using these tools. Nice work!

I like this rationale for using this technology to support student learning. Very thoughtful Bev and I did like the story you created. You also spoke to engagement in your rationale. This is something we are focussed on in our AISI work in Foothills and I too spoke to ‘engagement’ as a reason for exploring these varied storytelling technologies.

Simultaneous editings is a common limitation, largely related to server performance than the software itself. “Simultaneous changes” leads to two versions of what is ostensibly the same unique document. I’m not sure if there’s a work-around for the Moodle wiki though.
