ATTENTION LAND AND FOOD SYSTEMS!

Hi everyone! 

Come watch our amazing graduate (and undergraduate!) students proudly present their research at the 4th annual LFS Graduate Student Conference!

This year’s conference will feature a plenary address from Dr. Steve Hallam from UBC’s Department of Microbiology and Immunology on the topic of “The Nuts and Bolts of Ecological Design”. The conference will also feature oral and poster competitions, non-competitive sessions, and the 3 Minute Thesis! To cap off the day, we’ll have a wine and cheese reception where the awards ceremony will take place. 

Just a note as people have asked: Light breakfast and lunch are included as well! 

For all this and more, registration is only $15!
The LFS Graduate Student Conference being held on MARCH 9th 2016 from 9AM to 6PM. 

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS MARCH 2ND 

NOTE – If you are waiting to hear back about whether or not your abstract is accepted: All of the abstracts will be accepted. Abstract review is currently underway, and you will hear by Saturday if you are oral or poster, or competition/non-competition, depending on the options you selected upon submission
