CB Insights was showing a “Your session has expired” error message when Users signed in via EZproxy.
I think that it is fixed now.
Please clear history, cache & cookies, if you had problems in the past and go through our Resource page to log into an existing account.

Some ebooks are producing a “ERROR 404 : Sorry, we can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for.”

RESOLVED!
We have solved the problem with Passport. Please do the following:
1) clear all history (cache & cookies) from your browser (or if you know what you are doing, clear only the history/cookies related to Passport)
2) go to the Resource page & click on Connect to Resource and log into UBC’s EZproxy as usual.

Passport GMID is leading from the CWL log-in screen to it’s own log-in page rather than into the resources.
We are looking into the problem.

Issue resolved.
Linking at the journal title level to select titles within EBSCOhost’s Medline can lead to an error:

We are working on a solution.
Linking to the Database itself and then searching within the Database works fine. EBSCOhost Medline database level is HERE.

Issue Resolved
Many of the China Academic Journals (CNKI) are showing a log-in window when trying to download the PDF (a red button with IP appears). This is a problem with their California server.
To get around this, try searching for the journal on their Qingdao server.
We are working on resolving this issue.

An error message saying “Something went wrong” appears.

Certain ebook URLs are breaking and leading to the Off-Campus Access “Oops” page (even when users are on campus).
Mostly, these are ebooks that were on the old eBook Library platform (retired some time ago) and are now on the ProQuest eBoook Central platform.
We are working on the issue and hope for a solutions soon.

You can still get to Ulrichsweb to see information about journals via our Resource page, and then search for the journal from there.
