Please call the IKBLC Library Circulation Desk at (604) 822-8149 before picking up your material to ensure it has arrived.


UPDATE: As of 4 p.m. on August 25, the issue as been resolved. Thank you for your patience! 


Due to planned maintenance to the Library’s Catalogue, users will not be able to renew, recall, or request materials, or pay fines from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Friday May 19, 2017. Service will resume at 8 a.m.

There is scheduled maintenance of the ASRS  from February 27 to March 2, 2017. Material delivery may be delayed by up to several hours. Please call the IKBLC Library Circulation Desk at 604-822-8149 before picking up your material to ensure it has arrived.

Due to scheduled server upgrades, the Library instruction booking system (LIBS), Study room booking system (MRBS) and barcode and pin authentication services such as DocDel will be unavailable on October 9 from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Services will resume at 8:30 a.m.

The Library is performing server migration and updates on Thursday, November 7 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

During this time, several services will be unavailable, including:

  • Meeting Room Booking System (MRBS)
  • Library Instruction & Booking System (LIBS)
  • Library Barcode/Pin authentication for placing Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
  • Document Delivery services (DocDel)
  • Media Booking requests

The affected services are expected to be available by 9 a.m.
