**EZproxy is back. Clear your browser’s cache & cookies, please**

Yikes! EZproxy is having a problem this morning. Please be patient as we work this out.

This will affect access to MyiLibrary, EBL (eBook Library), ebrary Bookshelf and any resources requiring EZproxy. For off campus access, use myVPN for now.

While searching and accessing journals and articles on the ACS site should not be a problem, other services (like registering for an account or setting up an alert) are not working due to maintenance.

The Cambridge Journals site is down. They say it may be back up later today or tomorrow. Stay tuned.

The Cambridge Histories Online site (ebooks) is working fine.

*UPDATE* Chinese interface now working, but connection to Chinese & English very slow.*

*BONUS* .pdf files (not working in Firefox for about a month) are now opening.*

Per our good friends at East View:

The Chinese interface for the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database platform (http://cnki.zh.eastview.com) is currently unavailable. East View is working to resolve this problem, and we will send out a notice as soon as access returns to normal. Please note that CNKI databases are currently available via the English interface at http://cnki.en.eastview.com.“–28no2011 email

So, in the ejournal Portal (the ejournal A-Z list), chose the “English” site –when it’s an option– for now. Stay tuned.

Access to all Gale databases from on campus has been lost this morning. The problem seems to be somewhere between here and their servers.

Off-campus access via EZproxy & myVPN seems to be working fine. Stay tuned.

*UPDATE* Summon is fixed. Please clear your browser’s cache & cookies and report any further problems to E-Resources & Access.
