This is just small note about the format of the presentations. Please adhere to the time limit so the sessions can run smoothly with little to no interruptions. Thanks. 🙂
Presentation format:
- Please start your session on time.
- Presenters will be asked to be responsible for timing each other so that the conference schedule can stay on track.
- Please be advised to allow at least 5 minutes at the end each concurrent session to allow people to leave and to move onto their next session. I.e. if your session is from 10:45-11:45, please finish everything by 11:40. We suggest perhaps a 20 minute presentation and a 5 minute discussion for each presenter to allow room for the transition.
