Grad Photos
UBC Political Science graduation photographs are taken by Evangelo’s Photography, which is located at 3156 W. Broadway (between Trutch and Balaclava). In order to be included in the composite of the 2010 class (which will be on sale to students and eventually hang in the Political Science wing), you must do your photos through Evangelo’s. They offer the lowest prices in the business and will ensure that all students are given the time and attention required to produce amazing and memorable photographs.
Evangelo’s is now beginning to schedule appointments. Political Science grads must make their appointment by calling the studio at 604-731-8314. You can check out http://www.evangelosphotography.com for picture samples, prices, and advice for what clothing to wear. The studio is equipped with UBC Arts gowns, which are black with purple lapels. Students may bring a change of clothes should they desire. Evangelo’s uses numerous backdrops, and most graduates will be given over thirty poses to chose from. Students are also encouraged to bring their families along for a family sitting. Evangelo’s does require a $40 deposit that is refundable should you not desire to purchase the photographs.
