Students who are at UBC on a student Visa that they need to extend into 2012 may need to obtain a “proof of enrolment” letter from the MBA & ECM Programs office. These letters can be provided up until December 16, 2011, after this date we may not be able to produce a letter stating that you are currently a registered student as your exams will be complete.
We encourage all Visa students to check to see if they need to extend their student Visa and, if they do, contact askmba@sauder.ubc.ca to request their proof of enrolment letter when they are ready to apply for the extension.
