MBA House Resident Manager Job Posting

The Sauder School of Business is seeking a new MBA House Resident Manager. Training for this position will begin in January 2011, with complete position responsibility effective February 1st, 2011. Please see the MBA House folder on VISTA for the complete job description.  A monthly stipend and MBA House rent subsidy is offered.

 Application & Interview Information:

  • Applications are being accepted until 9:00am on Wednesday, November 24th  
  • Submit a cover letter and a maximum 2-page resume
  • Submit to Teresa Pan (teresa.pan@sauder.ubc.ca), Associate Director of Academic Services
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview on Tuesday, December 7th between 10:00am and 1:00pm.

New UBC MBA Exchange Partners!

The MBA & ECM Programs Office is pleased to announce two new partnerships with outstanding European business schools. These schools are available to UBC MBA full-time students for exchange in fall 2011. We are currently gathering fact-sheets and details on these two new partners and will have them posted soon on VISTA and the UBC MBA website.  In the meantime, we invite you to learn more about these schools through their websites.

ESSEC Business School Paris – Cergy Pointoise Cedex, France

ESSEC is a unique business school offering specialty courses in Luxury Brand Management, Hospitality Management, Entrepreneurship, Agri-Food Industry and Healthcare.  The campus is located just outside Paris and on-campus housing is available to exchange students.

IE Business School – Madrid, Spain

IE is one of the top ranking business schools in the world! It is known for its research and teaching on Entrepreneurship, and also offers Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, etc. IE’s main campus is located in Segovia, with the MBA Program taught at the Madrid campus located in the financial district.
