I wanted to give you advance warning that your Module Selection e-form for course selection for upcoming Periods 01 – 03 (Jan – May) will be available from Tuesday November 16  at 8.00 am and will close on  Monday, November 29 2010 at 8.00 am.  I wanted to point out that there is no advantage in sending in your selections on the first day; so we encourage you to take your time in making your selections once the e-form is open. We will be sending out instruction on how to make your module request, in the upcoming weeks

Session to be held on Monday,  Nov 08 2010  from 11.00 am – 3.00 pm SWING 121.  Lunch will be provided.

The session will begin with a presentation from the MBA Office on what to expect in the post-core after which the specialization coordinator for each division will be doing  a 15 minute presentation on each of the specializations that are offered.

Due to instructor unavailability to accommodate the requested date change, two of the 9 specialization presentations will be held on the following days:

• SCM Specialization – will be held on Thursday, Nov 04 2010 after your Core SCM Review session (separate session for each cohort SWING 121/122)
• ITM Specialization – will be held on Monday, Nov 15 2010 after your Core ITM Review session (separate session for each cohort SWING 121/122)

For your information effective now, Duplication Services will provide photocopying services to Sauder students.  

 Duplication Services will negotiate with the student(s) a mutually agreed timeframe when they need their copying request completed, etc. as faculty and staff requests will take priority.  The costs for student copying is as follows:

• Black and White          7 cents per copy
• Colour                       25 cents per copy

 Duplication Services is open, Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to provide this service to our students.

Students wishing to write any Exemption Exams are required to submit the Exemption Exam Form by November 15th.  The Exemption Exam Form and Policy can be found on Vista under Post-Core Modules.  The Exemption Exams take place December 14-16.

The 2011 FT MBA Period 1-3 Schedule has been updated, BAFI 580A 001 will now be taught in Period 2, Mondays, Wednesdays from 3:00pm-5:00pm in SWING 209 by Cornelia Kullmann.  The updated schedule is posted in the Post Core Modules folder.
