MBA Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility Award – REMINDER

This is a reminder that applications for the MBA Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility Award are due by no later than August 2, 2011.  See below and on Vista for additional information.

A scholarship of $10,000 has been established for a student in the full-time MBA program at the Sauder School of Business.

 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrated interest and leadership in corporate social responsibility, business ethics and/or sustainability.
  • Good academic standing.

 Consideration is not restricted to only those students planning on taking the sustainability specialization but rather is open to all full-time MBA students in the 2010 class.

Post Graduation Work Permit Information Sessions for International Students

Are you an International student planning to work in Canada after completing your MBA degree? Do you intend to return home to visit family after your program finishes in December but come back to look for work in early 2012? This workshop will not only provide you the information you need to know about government regulations on post-graduation work permits, how to apply for work permits, and what resources are available to you when looking for work, but will also help you get back safely into the country after your trip home. Come join a representative from I House at this workshop to learn more about tips and strategies related to post-graduation employment.

The Institute for European Studies (IES) is excited to present you the international conference

 ‘Climate Policies, International Regimes & Global Trade: A Transatlantic Perspective’

The conference will begin Friday 10 June with a keynote by Matthew Hoffmann of the University of Toronto followed by a roundtable discussion with speakers from politics and academia. Saturday will be filled with three sessions and eleven presentations by high-profile experts.
