September Registration

Registration has now been completed by the MBA & ECM Programs office for your September courses.  When you log onto the Student Service Centre (https://ssc.adm.ubc.ca/sscportal/servlets/SRVSSCFramework) with your CWL ID, you will see that you are registered in:

BA 500C 001: MBA Core
BA 520 101: Career Development Program

Now that registration is complete, you should also now be able to view your tuition and student levied fees that are due for September.

Note that your $2,500 deposit will be coming off your first tuition installment in September.  If it is not showing already, it should by the end of August.

Invitation to compete in inaugural Sauder MBA Sailing Regatta

The MBA Sailing Club of the UBC Sauder School of Business is proud to announce the inaugural UBC Sauder MBA Regatta!

Set in English Bay (Vancouver, BC), one of the most attractive sailing locations on the West Coast, this event will be one to remember. Taking place on Saturday, August 27, this one-day competition includes a minimum of one race participation, a dinner and a networking event.

Sauder Africa Initiative Update

The program is a year-round initiative and requires substantial commitment from students. However, students who decide to participate not only gain substantial experience in teaching and fundraising; they also broaden their team-building and leadership skills and develop life-long friendships.

Upcoming conference at UBC – ‘Climate Policies, International Regimes & Global Trade: A Transatlantic Perspective’

The Institute for European Studies (IES) is excited to present you the international conference

 ‘Climate Policies, International Regimes & Global Trade: A Transatlantic Perspective’

Friday, 10 June, 2011 (6pm)
Saturday, 11 June, 2011 (8.30am – 6pm)

The conference will begin Friday 10 June with a keynote by Matthew Hoffmann of the University of Toronto followed by a roundtable discussion with speakers from politics and academia. Saturday will be filled with three sessions and eleven presentations by high-profile experts.
