We invite you to participate in the Full-time MBA Integrated Foundation Feedback survey which seeks to gather information on your experiences in the Integrated Foundation. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide insight into what we can improve upon, as well as what we can continue to do well in order to ensure that we provide a valuable experience for current and future students in the Integrated Foundation.
This information will be TOTALLY CONFIDENTIAL – AT NO POINT WILL YOU BE REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF.
I encourage you to participate and provide your input through this survey, which should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete. The deadline to submit this survey is midnight on Monday, October 1st and the summary of the results will be discussed in class on Thursday, October 4th. We hope to address areas of improvement that matter to you the most.
