Ombuds Nomination – By midnight on Saturday, September 15th

Please nominate one person of your cohort (it can even be yourself) to act as one of the two “ombuddies”. As there are 2 Cohorts, Blue and Gold, there will be a total of 4 ombuddies. Everyone should only be electing students from their own cohort.

The role of ombuddies is to act as liaisons between the Integrated Foundation Team and the students. The nomination due date is Saturday, September 15th 2012 at midnight and the voting will take place during the Case 2 on Monday, September 17th 2012. The Integrated Foundation Team will provide the ballots with the nominees on this day.

Please refer to the How To Guide on Connect. Connect > Integrated Foundation > How To > Noniminate an Ombud.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Alex or Jenny for assistance.
