We notice that a handful of students have incorrectly created their user profile name on Turnitin using their real first and last name. Please note that you DO NOT use your real first and last name when you submit your assignments but rather with your IF Code. To obtain your IF Code, please login to Connect > MyIntegratedFoundation > My Grades (on the left menu). The IF Code looks like “FTxxxxx”. Please copy and paste this and enter this as your first and last name in the user profile in Turnitin. The use of your IF Code will help improve the efficiency of the grading process.
Dress Code for Monday Cases
The dress code will be business casual for Monday Case sessions as guest speakers will be joining us on this day – meaning no jeans or runners.
Accounting – Assignment #1 – Typographical Error
Please note the typographical error for question #1-A – problem C6-30, page 295.
“a. The number of patient-days in the Pediatrics Department for last year. (Each day a patient is in the nursing home is known as a patient day.)”.
Please note that this should read General Care Department, not Pediatrics Department.

Next week’s OB class
The OB classes next Wed will not be in the usual rooms, but in Marine Drive, Simon K.Y. Lee HKU Room. We will be doing a simulation that requires everyone to be online so every student must bring a laptop. If you do not have a laptop, please let Alex or Jenny know this week so we can book you one. There is a limited number of available laptops, thus we will be enforcing a first come first serve basis.
In preparation for this class, everyone needs to register in advance with HBS. Please click on the appropriate link below to go to the website and register. Please note there are different links for each cohort and YOU NEED TO go to the correct one! Please also note that you cannot log on until you have registered (even though the logon prompt comes up first). The deadline for registering is Monday Sept 10th at midnight. It only takes a couple of minutes so please do this as soon as possible. Please ask Alex for help if you run into trouble.
Thank you.
