2014 Integrated Foundation Announcements

This is a reminder that your Project 1 Presentation will take place this Wednesday, October 3rd.

You and your teammates must gather into their assigned room no later than 1:30pm and the first presentation will begin promptly at 1:30pm. You must click on the link below to find out which room your team is assigned to. As you see, 4 teams are assigned to 1 of the 5 rooms. Each team will have 20 minutes; 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes Q&A. The presentation order you see here is not the actual order and you will find out this information when you arrive at the presentation room.

It is crucial that we stay on schedule as every team needs to reconvene to Ponderosa Centre (Arbutus Room) at 3:15pm where the presentation debrief will take place from 3:15 to 4:00pm. Please be reminded that the MBA Elections are scheduled shortly after at 4:00pm.

This is a friendly reminder should you and your teammates are looking for a room to rehearse your project presentation for Wednesday.

Important Note: As you see, each time slot is set to be one hour long for each of the listed rooms. To sign-up for a room, you must enter the first and last name of each team member, team #, industry name and team company. There is no limitation to signing-up the number of time slots now and you are welcome to sign-up as many time slots as your team needs.

Please note that these presentation rehearsal times are not mandatory and have been made available only to benefit the 2014 FT MBA students.

Top papers for each assignment has been posted on Connect in the respective subject folders under the “Assignment Solutions” Tab.

There are now slots available on Oct 8th 2012 between 11:00am  – 4:30pm.

Zara Grades are now released on turnitin.com and the Exemplars + General Comments have been posted on Connect.

A very short video (less than 4 minutes or so) can be used during the presentation. All teams must do a live presentation which could include Power Point, skits, etc. Having said that, a team cannot substitute a live presentation with a video presentation.
