Period 2 – timing & schedule
Period 2 dates are Monday Oct 29th – Saturday Dec 8th, as per the Periods 2-5 Schedule linked to from your Connect site here: myMBA Program > Schedules & Registration > Schedules

If you haven’t looked over the Schedules & Registration or Tracks & Modules tabs in the myMBA Program section of Connect I would recommend you do so prior to the start of P2 as there is a lot of useful information on there for you.

If you are unsure that you are registered in the correct modules you can review the registration instructions on Connect or the registration blog post.

All schedules are also posted on the Current Students website: http://www.sauder.ubc.ca/Programs/MBA/MBA_Full_Time/Current_Students. The Current Students website is on the main Sauder website and is where we keep the up-to-date versions of program schedules, exam schedules and module outlines. We link to this page from Connect so that this information is also available in Connect but we only have to update it in one location. You may wish to bookmark this address as it is a useful site to refer to.

Communication & Contacts for P2-P7
The google calendar on your Connect dashboard will still be used for the rest of your program but specific module information (assignment due dates) will not be posted as it begins to vary too much from student to student. We have already entered the main program dates in this calendar for you (eg start & end dates for the periods), along with when exam weeks are and any events that are required for you to attend or that pertain to the whole class. The BCC will also continue to use this calendar so it is still a live resource for you.

Cherry Wang and Theresa Scott will be your main contacts at the MBA & ECM Programs Office for P2-P7 (instead of Alex & Jenny), but if in doubt please email askmba@sauder.ubc.ca and we will route your email accordingly.
