NOTICE: Carpet Cleaning in MBA areas on June 29

Please be advised that the next quarterly carpet cleaning is scheduled for this Saturday, June 29 from 5:00 pm to midnight.

The areas that will be affected will be:

  • DL 125 (Amphitheatre)
  • MBA breakout rooms
  • MBA Lounges
  • MBA Foyers
  • MBA Classrooms (HA132 and HA133)

During this time, we request no one to be in those areas. Sorry for the inconvenience.

PhD Recruitment and Information Session- June 19th

Sauder will be hosting a PhD recruitment and information session on Wednesday June 19, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 pm.  A number of other business schools will be attending this event. During this event, potential applicants will have an opportunity to speak to representatives of the business schools attending this event.

Registration for P6 & P7 not open yet!

You may have noticed a notice/announcement on your SSC (Student Service Centre) regarding registration availability for the 2013 Winter session. Please disregard this registration notice as it does not apply for your program. Schedules for Period 6 & 7 have not yet been finalized and we will notify you with full registration instructions once the registration date/time has been determined.

We hope to have this information out to you by the end of June.

MBA Internship/Entrepreneurial Project Documentation

A key deadline is fast approaching….

Just a friendly reminder to submit your paperwork in regards to your MBA Internship or Entrepreneurial project to the BCC by Monday, June 17 at 11:59 PM PST. All paperwork can be found on Connect -> myMBACareer -> Internships 2013 tab.

For those of you who have been placed, you should have already made contact with your Track Champions to be assigned a faculty supervisor.  IF you have not done so already, you should contact your Track Champion this week.

You can drop off your paperwork at the BCC during our office hours (8:30-4:30 pm, M-F) or you can scan your documents to carly.boettcher@sauder.ubc.ca. Please ensure all sections are filled out properly.  As always, if you have any questions/concerns please don’t hesitate to contact Carly Boettcher, Graduate Careers Administrator.
