Program Opening

Presentations from Program Opening:

On Friday, May 31 & Saturday, June 1, 2019 we will welcome you and all MM students in your cohort at the Program Opening for the Class of 2020.   Content will run two full days and into some evenings.

NOTE: Attendance is mandatory for the entirety of both days.

The Program Opening is the official start of your MM.  It’s designed to give you information about the program and services available, build a strong foundation for class activities and teamwork, and to introduce you to fellow classmates, faculty, and staff.

Ropes Course

As part of a Sauder Graduate Program tradition, we’ll be participating in the Pacific Adventure Learning Ropes Course during Program Opening.

Hopefully this sounds exciting to you but if it makes you nervous, don’t be. This activity is “challenge by choice”- do what you feel comfortable doing. Heights not your favourite thing? Have some limitations? Not to worry, there is plenty for you to do without sitting on tree branches. All levels of ability can join in, it’s all about team-building, not who can do the most. If you still have concerns, contact us and we’d be happy to discuss them with you.

You will need to fill in the two forms below and bring them to the first day of Program Opening on May 31.
