{"id":95,"date":"2010-09-23T09:40:30","date_gmt":"2010-09-23T17:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/511tobin\/?p=95"},"modified":"2010-09-23T09:40:30","modified_gmt":"2010-09-23T17:40:30","slug":"physiology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/511tobin\/2010\/09\/23\/physiology\/","title":{"rendered":"Physiology"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">I wonder how the constant use of my computer is going to change my posture or affect my health. \u00a0Some days I feel shooting pain up my entire arm because of so many mouse clicks. \u00a0Can someone say, &#8220;carpal tunnel?&#8221; \u00a0I think my posture at the computer is not ergonomically correct because I&#8217;m still hunched over even though my elbows are at a 90&#8242; to the keyboard. \u00a0I&#8217;m 5&#8217;10 and have to always be conscious of my posture anyway especially when talking to little people aka 8 and 9 year olds. \u00a0I wonder if the physiology of man will change over time because of the interaction with electronics? \u00a0Will we re-volve back to a hunchback state?
