Apply what you’ve learned, and recognize it in your lives
I want students to take course material out of the classroom – see how psychology lives and breathes in their daily lives. To accomplish that, I encourage everyone to use the course hashtag #ubcacam320b to tweet about things related to the health of Asian diaspora in Canada. I will occasionally compile tweets from members of the class and discuss them in class. Here are some examples from previous years from another course!

For a #ubcacam320b class project, @annamylvaganam and I are podcasting about our experiences as Asian survivors of Canadian psych wards. For any Asian folks who've experienced inpatient psychiatry, we'd love to include your perspectives! Survey form here:https://t.co/owTVTGHlc0
