The on-line process is designed to be accessible. However, if any students encounter accessibility issues with the online form, please contact A&amp;D at <a href=\"mailto:access.diversity@ubc.ca\">access.diversity@ubc.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Only students who are not registered with A&amp;D need to submit medical documentation.
