Your Letter of Accommodation (LOA) is your way of advising your instructor(s) what accommodations you are eligible for in their classes. Your LOA should be provided to your instructor(s) as soon as you are registered with the Centre for Accessibility. To provide your LOA to your instructor(s), please request your LOA through the\u00a0<\/span>ClockWork<\/span>\u00a0portal. In\u00a0<\/span>subsequent<\/span>\u00a0terms, it should be provided to instructor(s) within two weeks of the beginning of the term so that they\u00a0<\/span>can<\/span>\u00a0plan for these accommodations accordingly. Note that some faculties, departments, or courses (e.g., Health Programs, Professional Programs etc.) may require you to provide your L<\/span>OA\u00a0<\/span>to someone other than your instructor(s) (e.g., Course Coordinator).
