Step 1: Visit the Centre for Accessibility Webpage<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Click on\u00a0Student Login<\/a>\u00a0on the Centre for Accessibility webpage to access the ClockWork exam portal where you will send your LOA. This is also where you will schedule for an accommodated exam.<\/p>\n

After logging in, you will see the following icons:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. Online Intake\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Request Accommodation Letter<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Choose this option to send your LOA to your instructors’ portals.<\/li>\n
  3. Upcoming Tests or Exams<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Confirm that your exam bookings have gone through\u00a0or<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>to cancel a scheduled accommodated exam.<\/li>\n
  4. Schedule a Test or Exam<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Use this to schedule your accommodated exams (e.g., quizzes, midterms, or final exams). You\u00a0<\/strong>cannot schedule your accommodated exams prior to sending your LOA.<\/li>\n
  5. Course Notes<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 A portal for students to request a note-taker and access course notes.<\/li>\n
  6. Note-takers<\/strong> \u2013 A portal for those selected as a note-taker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
