NETWORKING 101
ACSA is bringing an exclusive opportunity for co-op students to learn about essential networking skills! On January 17th in room 301 of the Iona building (6000 Iona Drive, UBC), students will have the chance to join ACSA Executives and a panel of professionals to learn about this topic.
Panelists joining us include Shagufta Pasta, Educator at the Career and Experiential Learning – Arts Centre for Student Involvement and Careers, and Eric Gustavson, Constituency Assistant for the Honorable Harjit S. Sajjan, Member of Parliament, Vancouver South. Keep an eye on our ACSA Facebook page for additional panelists and full bios! Click this link to see our Facebook event page.
The event will run from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. It will include a short presentation that covers the key elements of networking, followed by a Q&A session where students will get a chance to interact with our panelists.
The event is free for ACSA members. Annual ACSA membership is $10 and can be paid at the door. To register, please keep an eye out for an email that will be sent by the Arts Co-op office.
We hope you can join us!
Sincerely,
Your 2016/2017 ACSA Executives
