Participants have just three minutes to explain the breadth and significance of their research project to a non-specialist audience.<\/p>\n I achieved 2nd place in the UBC Faculty of Forestry 3MT Heat, and moved on to the UBC 3MT Semi-Finals. There I achieved one of two honourable mentions, and continued on to the UBC 3MT Finals as one of ten university-wide finalists in 2019.
