In this PM proposal, my peers and I thought of a way to significantly reduce the educational inequalities in the Karamoja region of Uganda. This project was never implemented, however the document highlights a stakeholder analysis, scope statement, work breakdown structure, activity list, gantt chart, and a risk register. I would love to gain some insight on whether our plan is feasible or not ????.
