As an Assistant Operations Manager in the IT segment of Cedarline Industries Lt.d, Akash was brought in to tackle the task of designing and implementing an ERP/IT architecture to remove redundancy, cut costs and improve SKU management for my company. The final result of the project generated excess of $50,000 in profits in just over a month after the implementation process of the new ERP system.

His experiences in IT Product Design and Management have led him to complete various projects for clients like ICICI Bank, Bank of America and HSBC and other Fortune 500 Banking Institutions. He has lead projects related to anticipating and identifying risks within project engagements and documented mitigation proposals with senior members of the team and client-facing situations as well. I have been the lead liaison between customers and development teams in his extensive IT tenure. While at ESQ Business Inc., he successfully major projects with extreme efficiency and was responsible for introducing as well as developing major software applications for his organization which helped the organization in not just reaching its projected annual profit margins but also overshooting it by more than 50% during the launch of these products.

Some of his recent projects have been with  Java/J2EE, C++, JQuery and JavaScript frameworks and he has extensive experience in JUnit, JIRA and QUnit testing platforms. He has also designed and deployed large-scale projects related to Cloud-based search engines using Apache Solr/Lucene (NoSQL DB) frameworks and MVC architectures.

Throughout his education he has been able to keep a high  4.0 GPA throughout my IT undergraduate and masters degree. I have also been part of a team that designed and developed start-up social networking software startup (HitMe) in the Asian market acquiring $75,000 startup seed capital from angel investors.

His experiences in AGILE Project Management, software programming and database design have been well documented in his past projects and he will be working towards a goal of starting his own IT Software Consulting company in the future.
