Welcome to my ENLG 301 Webfolio and Home Page.
Completing my dental hygiene degree through UBC is a dream I have had for the last couple years. Now, with the opportunity to work part time and accomplish University it is the first step to working towards opening a mobile dental practice. Working at Northern Health Authority as my first job inspired me to connect with the community and culture in the surrounding area. Since then, I have aspired to return to a position of similar title.
I have been a part of ENGL 301 for the past 2021 Summer term. Wrapping up, the final project is to complete a Webfolio. Expressing my best work and learning process throughout the course I have included in the Webfolio:
Fun facts about me:
- Traveling to remote and less discovered places is a passion of mine, which I hope to one day incorporate into my career.
- Connecting with people in need and removing barriers in the dental healthcare setting is an ongoing endeavour.
- I LOVE snowboarding and mountain biking; close to all things outdoors. I have a husky x puppy named Arthur who keeps me very busy, along with my partner and his two children.
