Students Become Tools For Fraud

      In today’s modern world you may think corruption and fraud aren’t hard to find in the business world, and who am I to tell you otherwise? It is surely a problem society has faced for years and will undoubtedly continue to struggle with. Unfortunately, it seems that organizations are stooping to a whole new low, even shocking to the most poker-faced realists.

For-Profit colleges across the United States have not only been accused with allegations including: questionable recruitment, enrollment abuses, and bogus marketing schemes, but on top of all this, our for-profit colleges are involving the students they are supposedly, “mentoring” to participate in these Federal frauds! Several undercover investigators posing as prospective students discovered tactics encouraging studunts to,  “falsify their financial aid forms,” among other false reports. Introducing young minds to the grim view of sleazy business tactics is far from what most parents would expect from these educational institutions when first going over the catalogue in the mail. Hopefully this article and others alike will shine a shard of attention to the unethical dealings between large time operations and middle-class youth. –Further Reading
