This assignment was originally submitted on June 14 as part of Lesson 2:1. The purpose of this assignment was to write a brief memo addressed to our instructor, notifying them that the report proposal has been completed and posted on the team forum. One important consideration while writing this memo was to ensure that the writing was short and concise, while still providing a summary of the proposal. Overall, this assignment was successful ‘as-is’ and no major revisions were necessary.

Subject: Posting of Proposal for Determining the Feasibility of Online Ordering at the PRC
As stipulated by the syllabus for Lesson 2:1, I have posted my Research Proposal for Formal Report on our team forum (“The Fourth Years”). The following information is outlined in my report:
- Basic information regrading the operations and purpose of the Programme Resource Centre (PRC).
- A potential solution (an online ordering system) to some of the current inefficiencies at the PRC.
- Scope of research for the report, including primary research.
- My qualifications, such as my past experience as a Residence Advisor and my currently-held summer position at the PRC.
