Swan Tours a fun case for my Contracts class on the quantification of damages. Jarvis went on a holiday in Switzerland and was massively disappointed with his tour package, which promised parties, skiing, yodelling, and wonderful Swiss food. Little dry nut cakes and other letdowns followed&#8230;poor Jarvis<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your favourite book or movie?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Book: A Fine Balance by Rohinton Mistry Movie: Anything with superheroes<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s a UBC Campus hidden gem that more people should know about?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My kids love the Greenheart TreeWalk at the UBC Botantical Garden<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anything else you would like to share with the class of 2022?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Welcome to Allard!
