@BlackberryHelp is there when I need help with my Blackberry.
This official support team (of RIM) is dedicated to provide tips and answer any technical questions of Blackberry users. With over 200,000 followers, they tweet multiple times with interesting facts of Blackberry devices. Also, those at RIM get immediate feedback from customers regarding the satisfaction of their phone, and even of the support team itself!
Personally, I check Twitter everyday. And every time I check, I learn a new tip or fact about my favourite Berry almost every time! I am very thankful for this type of connection that I can have access to to the RIM employees themselves…with those who know all about the device.
This intelligent use of social media deserves some praise. Not only does this increase customer satisfaction with their products, but it’s also a channel of swift feedback for RIM, so they know what needs to be improved, as well as what they’re doing right. Bravo, RIM.
Again, RIM succeeds in connecting with their users, brilliantly taking advantage of social media.
