DataMed’s current informational website will become a interactional website for patients to access and ask questions, interact, view their transactions, and book appointments online.

Utilizing DataMed’s existing website, users who have questions will be encouraged to email our general “inquiries@datamed.ca” with their questions and inquiries in order to create a great experience both inside and outside DataMed’s physical location. Our staff will then respond to all general questions within 24 hours and get in touch with the patient via phone or email.

Priority responses will be given to existing patients, and staff will use this tool to remind existing patients about their monthly check-ups and drive revenue. Lastly, for individuals who are not existing patients, this will be a great opportunity for DataMed to provide general information while also recommending the prospective patient to check-in to the clinic further boosting revenues. The CRM system will be greatly beneficial in the tracking and sorting of all existing and prospective patient’s requests and needs.
