Volunteering Organizations

I am currently a proud part of two volunteering organizations this year. They will solidify my current skills, leverage new abilities, know more people and help others for a great cause. I am a social justice and humanist advocate. The work I do strives to make a difference, no matter how small.

  1. Elderdog Canada: They are a Canadian non-profit organization that helps seniors access dog walker volunteers, dog care, and in-home visits. Their work assists elderly people with their beloved pets during their ageing years. I am a Dog Walker and Carer. Please feel free to check out Elderdog, what they do and possibly become a volunteer: http://www.elderdog.ca.

2. Learning Buddies Network – Recruitment & Engagement Team: The Learning Buddies Network is a non-profit organization that helps children access math tutoring and reading assistance with LBN volunteers. I am in the Recruitment & Engagement Team, where I help recruit new members and engage current teammates. Please feel free to check out their website, what they do and possibly become either a Learning Buddy or part of their leadership teams: https://www.learningbuddiesnetwork.com.
