Welcome to my website! My research and teaching focus on business analytics, operations management, supply chain management, and logistics. I am passionate about understanding how data, optimization, and analytics can help organizations make smarter, faster, and more resilient decisions in an increasingly uncertain world.
My work explores real world challenges in supply chains, healthcare operations, transportation systems, and public services. I use analytical and optimization based approaches to study how organizations can improve efficiency, resilience, and sustainability while operating under uncertainty.
Before joining UBC Okanagan, I completed my PhD in Supply Chain and Logistics and collaborated on international transportation and logistics projects, including large scale urban transit systems.
Beyond research, I enjoy teaching and working with students on practical business problems using analytics, visualization, and data driven thinking. I believe analytics should not only be mathematically rigorous, but also accessible, practical, and impactful.
