SCOTT M. 

Scott M has just recently completed his 6 month resistance training program! He is currently PATIENTLY waiting for his shot at Tough Mudder!

                Back health falls within a range that is generally associated with minimal back health risk.

Scott was a casual at the gym before his training program here at CHAOS Performance, where he mainly focused on running and biking and admits to having attempted the occasional resistance training day. Scott, who used to train at a boxing club a couple years ago, was hoping to regain his muscle mass and increase his STRENGTH. Once joining CHAOS, he chose to indulge in a 6 month resistance training program.

Scott improved drastically across all of the assessment criteria, and is now what we would call a fierce competitor in the running for a Tough Mudder title!

  • Scott also included some functional training days throughout his 6 month program in order to develope and improve his ability to tackle some obstacles that he will face during his competition.
  • Please note that the functional assessment is based on within subject variation rather than a comparison to normative values as our equipment is specially designed for our facility rather than kept constant to drill and or equipment length that has universally accepted ranges and associated ratings.
