This is a collection of magical texts from Graeco-Roman Egypt in\u00a0 (mainly) ancient Greek. Of all the easily available introduction to this collection and its history, I think the Wikipedia entry is best, although it pains me to say it.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a <a href=\"xhttp:\/\/opsopaus.com\/OM\/BA\/PGM-index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">handy list<\/a> of the spells and what they cover from the collection edited by Hans Betz (1992).<\/p>\n<p><strong>References for PGM: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(H.
