{"id":69,"date":"2011-02-04T21:43:28","date_gmt":"2011-02-05T05:43:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/andrealee\/?p=69"},"modified":"2011-04-07T10:32:42","modified_gmt":"2011-04-07T18:32:42","slug":"starbucks-new-logo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/andrealee\/2011\/02\/04\/starbucks-new-logo\/","title":{"rendered":"Starbucks New Logo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lately there has been alot of talk about the drastic change to Starbuck&#8217;s new logo.\u00a0 Personally, I think the new logo is not as attactive as their previous one and reading <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/feyissamarketing\/2011\/02\/03\/starbucks-new-logo-does-it-really-matter\/\" target=\"_blank\">Josh&#8217;s blog<\/a>\u00a0about whether it matters or not, i&#8217;d have to agree and say that it does. I&#8217;m sure that thier coffee has not change along with the exceptional personalized customer service and that they are expanding their product line but I don&#8217;t think they should&#8217;ve taken the whole border out. It kind of looks like a whole new logo. It probably would&#8217;ve looked way better if they just took out the coffee part. Definitely a risky move by starbucks but it could be better for the <a href=\"http:\/\/bcove.me\/5ylk958d\" target=\"_blank\">future of the company<\/a>.
