PCTH 201

For those who are interested in learning a little more about drugs and how they work, a topic of relevance to the personal lives of everyone and the professional lives of many, I would like to draw your attention to PCTH 201, being offered by the Department of Anesthesiology, Pharmacology & Therapeutics since September 2013.  It is designed to be an introduction to drugs – and their roles in society – accessible to students of all backgrounds.  I will serve as course director, and the course itself will be taught by many different relevant content experts in their respective fields.  The first few years of this course have been a resounding success, and I look forward to seeing it evolve and grow over the coming years.  For more information, please see the UBC Calendar entry or have a look at the syllabus below!
