MISSION STATEMENT I strive to approach teaching from a goal-oriented stance through emphasis on a flexible and adaptive program that includes different methods of teaching.
I believe in designing and executing lessons that maximize the learning of students by reflecting on optimal difficulty, variable group dynamics, and engagement through active learning.
My vision for my classroom involves students motivated to learn through interest, a positive classroom community founded on choice with boundaries, and building inclusion and teamwork by encouraging social interaction within activities in group work.
